Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges on research compounds once an order has shipped, except where required by applicable law.
Refunds
We do not issue refunds except as required by law. If you believe there is an error with your order, contact us through our Contact Us page within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and details.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the package and contents. We will review the issue and work toward a fair resolution in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
